Support & Software Upgrades
All Technology Design acquisition units include the TD Scan software. The platform is an easy-to-use, integrated end-to-end solution for advanced ultrasonic inspections, designed and engineered in-house by our experienced team of developers. To fully support your Technology Design software and hardware we offer an annual twelve-month support contract, with access to our experienced team of developers and technical applications specialists.
Support covers preliminary assessment of an issue, which is typically resolved remotely via telephone, email, and internet or via ‘Remote Assist’.
Remote Assist – All Technology Design systems are based on Windows operating systems®. Each system has the same basic PC functionality you might see in a laptop, therefore they can be networked and accessed via the Internet. This capability allows the user the flexibility to install drivers from the internet, as well as allowing Technology Design personnel to remotely access the system for troubleshooting. The Technology Design Support contract also includes the latest software upgrades available during the contract period. General advice and assistance on the permitted use of Technology Design software and equipment are also covered in the contract.
