The PS45 PocketScan is a versatile, multi-channel ultrasonic unit designed for high-performance inspections in a compact enclosure. Supporting a full range of conventional ultrasonic techniques — including TOFD (Time of Flight Diffraction), Pulse Echo, Corrosion Mapping, and Weld Zone Discrimination — it delivers precision and reliability in every application.
Controlled directly from your laptop via a standard Ethernet connection, the PS45 ensures a seamless setup. No special drivers are required — simply connect to any Ethernet-enabled Windows® PC and you’re ready to work.
Available in configurations from 4 to 64 channels (in multiples of eight), the PS45 is widely recognised as one of the industry’s top TOFD instruments. It’s also a leading solution for corrosion mapping and multi-probe material degradation monitoring.
